Thanks notfred but that's not what I was talking about. The board in question is a nonBabble board that someone posted about on Babble. I found it curious that Dinah believes it to be also covered by Dr Bob's rules. I had never heard of anything like that. I am just seeking clarification. I would like to know the name of the board and which if any other boards are also covered by this new rule.
I don't understand how it can be civil to post unkind things about individuals but it is.... at least under Babble rules. Why is it any different if they happen to post on another internet forum somewhere? And how are people supposed to know if it is not in the rules?
