You don't have to reset your password to turn on your babblemail.
1. Go to:
https://dr-bob.securesites.com/cgi-bin/pb/signup.pl
2. Scroll down to the "update" section, enter your current name and password, and click the button.
3. Change your babblemail choice.
4. Click "submit".
And that should do it!
