Ah. Your Babblemail was already turned on :-)
You must have opted for that when you registered for the first time.
You can send Babblemails by opening a post of the person you want to Babblemail and then following the blue link from their name on the top left
(Or you can enter someone elses name if you want once the form has popped up)
