A jury system

Thats what is needed!
A blocking jury
1 post a day blocks, a 3 post a day blocks. adjustments are needed.
voting! its really not that complicated. Could be done by the deputies, if they are willing to take that extra role on. BUT COMMUNICATION is very important, EVERYWHERE in life and babble isn't the exception. The current blocker is not around often, it appears... how is he the appropritate person to make final decisions????
