I am really sorry about my above post. It sounded pretty dismissive - I am genuinely sorry about that.
I have been feeling under a lot of pressure - but that is no excuse.
This has been a wake-up call to me to get out of my head and not forget the things that are important to me.
I am sorry you had to bear the brunt of such a dismissive response for me to realise that.
