do you get a warning?

I'm new here but have jumped in with both feet.

I apprecaite this place sooo much- I honestly wouldn't have known what to do without it the past month.
My question is.. will I know if I've done something wrong? or will I just immediately get banned?
Does Dr. Bob send you a warning or do you just get blocked?
On Super Nanny (the new show with the nanny that teaches parent's how to parent), she insists you give a clear warning before you get sent to the naughty chair.
