In fact, I was impressed with your expression of vulnerability. Well done!
You just forgot to use "I statements". And adding "I feel" to the front of the sentence that got you PBC'd wouldn't have helped. But if you had concentrated completely on your own feelings without referring to the words or actions of the other poster, you'd have been well in the clear.
Don't let this deter you in your efforts. Just remember to say "I feel sad/upset/distressed at what happened." rather than describing any attributes to what happened and you'll do just fine.
