It depends on how you go about it.

There are civil ways to alert the public and to force the manufacturer to disclose side effects. But saying Effexor is a "monster" is exaggerating. And saying others must have a vested interest in Effexor is jumping to conclusions.

Thanks for trying to understand the difference.
