Hi there,
Did you know that sending threatening emails most likely violates the terms of service of an email account? If you want to take action, you could go to the website of the ISP, and find out their reporting address. For example, if you get email from nastyperson@bigISP.com, you can go to www.bigISP.com and dig around to see if they have a reporting address, like abuse@bigISP.com. You could then forward the offending emails to them, which might result in nastyperson's account being cancelled.
You can also most likely set up your own email account protections to block nastyperson's email from getting to you.
Just some ideas -- and I apologize if I'm telling you something you already know.
