Jay was blocked for following Dr Bob's rules

It seems like Jay followed Dr Bob suggestion to
use I statements and still got blocked. How can we
trust Dr Bob when he makes these kind of choices ?

This is about trying to keep the atmosphere supportive, not about having an opinion. Maybe try using "I-statements"?
