It would open the flood gates and he would be spending all of his time answering questions. Further, these types of questions are best discussed on an individualized basis with the patient's pdoc because of the ever present YMMV issue.
Dr. Bob puts a whole lot of volunteer time, talent, and out of pocket cash into this site.
