UPPER CASE HEADERS....oh, my eyes!

Once again, I am making a plea for lower case letters. Upper and lower together, in fact, makes a great combo.

All upper case really bothers my eyes, plus I get yelled at enough just being myself where I am.

Could there please be more restraint in using upper-case-only in titles, headers, posts, here?
