In that context I agree. The continual use of caps for an entire post out of laziness to use both upper and lower case letters by using the 'shift' key is extremely hard to read and also extremely annoying and makes me want to SCREAM at them. Sorry, I'm not in a good mood today. But I am agreeing with your point. :)
