Lou's post affirms my idea that restrictions we have are like being in school. You might be able to implement some of the punishments (or, consequences) Lou cites, particularly writing an essay on the use of an offending word (a justification or something similar). Plus, I like the idea of demerits; they could be one level less severe than a PBC.

Someone suggested listing all the words, which I thought was great. Only, what if someone got offended when they read it? (just kidding here, really. I did get a kick out of the idea tho.)
