First, I don't like to delete posts. And people don't like to be "censored", either. And even if a post isn't civil, it does provide information. About the kind of response that's possible here, what might be expected from that particular poster, what I consider and how I deal with incivility, etc.

Sorry, what haven't I heard or acknowledged? And what sort of response would be supportive?
