The above looked OK, so I called them when it got slow today, and they looked into it, and their diagnosis was another account on the same machine doing some intensive indexing or something. They're going to ask that person to save that for the middle of the night (Chicago time). Hopefully, that'll be it! Thanks for your patience, everyone,
