First, sorry about taking so long to get to this...

Yes, it's *possible*, but see the Potter Stewart quote. But for a long time I didn't even have a civility section. Would you like to make some suggestions? Other boards do go into more detail, for example:

Would something like that be better? Hmm, should I just link to them?

It's true if I've *already* asked them to be civil. Which is the case with disruptive users.
