Thanks for your response. It seems to me that the Customs Service has basically made it illegal to import any drugs from overseas (even though they don't seem to enforce it--though many laws are made that are never enforced). But what takes precedence, the Customs Service policy or the FDA policy? For that matter I guess one could argue that it is within our Constitutional rights to obtain drugs from overseas, if there is good reason for it. Who knows?

Quite frankly, I would be very amused if a customs service guy knocked on my door and asked me why I've obtained Adrafinil from Europe. I'm sure they have bigger fish to fry.
