If it's civil, it's up to you, but maybe it would be better just to let it go? Or just to post a link (see below)?

I understand what you're saying, and it applies to discussion of illegal drugs as well as of "scams", but I see my role more as maintaining an open forum than as deciding what can and can't be talked about (though there are exceptions).
