Krazy Kat --

You and I are on a different wave length today. geno has used the "f" word in several posts, sometimes to the extreme -- and been warned. Yes, today was just once, but I think Dr. Bob was responding to the prior warning/cumulative effect.

On a different note -- I do think there is a place for some choice language, now and then. But sometimes posts, and certain posters, cross the line. Excessive use of foul language will run off as many, if not more, people than Dr. Bob's request that it be toned down. Plus, in certain circles (mine, for instance), excessive use of foul language and use of certain words (like the "f" word), is not civil.

I don't jump into these conflicts very often -- but, I wanted to support Dr. Bob on his decision here. I think geno needed to be warned for his use of the "f" word and because he chose to continue to use that word, I think his ban was appropriate. Thank you Dr. Bob.

"Goddamnit" would certainly offend some. (Didn't mean to list a string of obscenitites here - just trying to make a point).
