Word gives the "Information about Study" section before the quiz a Flesch-Kincaid Grade Level score of 7.1 and the quiz itself a 7.4 (to make them complete sentences, I used a single random answer for each question).
The "Agreement to Consent" section after the quiz, however, is directly from the IRB, so I don't have any control over it...
