Certainly, (?) the practice of prescribing is not a voluntary system. Of course, amature legal research can be as misguided as amature medical practice, but if we could read the laws, we would be in a better position to decide. Is there a FAQ or other index that explains in simple terms the legal meaning of "controlled substance" and related pharmaceutical legal terms (in the U.S.)?
