It's not a "high", but just like some unknown is carrying me, a bit. My big body, I am a bit overweight, really feels heavy and just full of fauking pain! I've got a bit of arthritis, but fibromyalgia and muscle dystonia from antipsychotics. I feel like I am able to walk much more.

The pain can be excruciating. About a month ago, while visiting my fiancee, I screamed in pain with every step for about a week. A course of Prednisone did very little to help. Anti-inflammatories work better for me. I found naproxen to work better than ibuprofen. It helped enough that I could drive home to NJ. It's a 5-hour ride. I'm taking meloxicam (Mobic) now. It's doing a pretty good job.
What I learned with all of this is that NSAIDs increase lithium blood levels. I can't believe that I had never encountered this information during the last 40 years. I don't know if meloxicam is more potent in this regard than other NSAIDs.
Another thing I learned is that the efficacy of different NSAIDs for any one individual is not determined by kinetics. It is determined by the molecular structure of the COX enzyme binding site. Each drug has its own unique shape. The effectiveness of an NSAID is a function of how well it fits into the shape of an individual's enzyme binding site.
