Slightly. I actually sleep much better opting for warm white light instead of bright white. (Avoiding bright white in the evening) So I may be able to cut down a bit more.

Seroquel 750mg
Zyprexa 17.5mg
Lithium 225mg
Trazodone 75mg
Metformin 2000mg
Orthomolecular
