It is possible that some MAOIs have serotonergic activity beyond MAO inhibition. For example, the amphetaminergic action of tranylcypromine (Parnate) might cause the release of some serotonin.

However, as I said, you can't go beyond 100% MAO inhibition, so combining two (pure) MAOIs should have no effect beyond a larger dose of only one of them.
