when i take lithium, i take it twice per day, i notice a sutle content feeling, i can sit in a room, and feel content or not depressed. There was one time i was ultra sad, depressed in room, i forgot to take lithium, i sat at desk to do work, i noticed started enjoying hearing birds chip ouside the window. It lifted me out depression, and gives a serotonin like feeling. But also, hwen im in a really good mood, almost euphoric, it will bring me back down to baseline. Like if im excited and happy about somemthing, like good news or a event, it will erase the euphoria. But when im ultra depressed, it will raise the mood back. I've say in room on lithium after the 2nd dose from 600mg and was content, calm, feel stable. But soon, its not a long term med for me, stablization period for severe depressive episode that i had, now im back to normal. That's all write, had to vent, thanks for read
