I can't believe it. That is excruciating for me to read.Did nortriptyline produce a full remission? Did it show any signs of losing its effectiveness?
One thing that might be worth looking into is to see if the manufacturer of the generic drug has a program to help people pay for their product. If you feel that nortriptyline is the drug that will give you life and allow you to become financially stable, I would devote at least as much time to finding a way to get nortriptyline as you do researching pharmacology.
Write tons of letters and make tons of phone calls. If the person you talk to can't help you, then ask them for suggestions. You might be surprised.
