I am currently approaching full remission for having added Nardil to my treatment regime. It is likely that I am biased regarding the value of Nardil.
For a anxious depression or social phobia, there is no better drug than Nardil. In the 1980s, Nardil was considered to be the gold standard to treat atypical depression with reverse vegetative features, social anxiety/phobia, and generalized anxiety disorder.
If you are currently hopeless and helpless, Nardil is an obvious alternative when treating treatment-resistant depression (TRD) and anxiety disorders. The terms, "treatment-resistant", and especially "refractory", don't apply to you if have never tried Nardil.
With few exceptions, I think it is illogical to avoid Nardil, especially if you are contemplating suicide.
