I don't think it interacts w/ anything I'm taking, but even if so nothing that would be toxic. There are a lot of anecdotes in the GERD forum on reddit that it can almost cure heartburn - for periods. The thought is it increases mucus release in the esophagus. The general recommendation is to take it for 20 days and see how it goes.
But yea, I guess for anxiety it's risky w/ other medicines.
