Do some of you also live in areas where temperatures go up to 100? I want to move my pills into a fridge and it looks like its like 60ish in there at the lowest setting. Now there is the problem of humidity and I read the fridge is usually too moist. In a panic I bought cat litter and now hope to get the humidity down. I can measure it. I had some stuff already in there over night and it was really humid.
How quickly do pills and tablets take damage if they are stored improperly?
Humidity sucks for medications and supplements. So do extreme temperatures.
I guess some people who store their stuff improperly for long periods of time will experience deterioration and have no idea why.
