Out of curiosity, have you ever tried aripiprazole (Abilify) or brexpiprazole (Rexulti)?What about pramipexole (Mirapex) or ropinirole (Requip)?
It's too bad that pemoline (Cylert) is no longer available. It is a selective dopamine releaser. I think it is a passive releaser. It was taken off the market in 2003 for reports of liver damage. I don't know the statistics.
