Hu U_D:

Funny you mention that, as I have jest started back on my amitriptyline. I have been ramping up on it, and yesterday and today, have been feeling a bit more, um, 'liteness' in my mood. Amitriptyline was my first antidepressant back un 1994, but then came the SRI's, which f***ed me up, pretty bad. It does have a mild hangover effect, but if I take it earlier in the night, no problem. Plus, it doesn't have the 'numbing' effect SRI/SNRI's have. This med should seriously be re-visited for both depression/anxiety.

Cheers!
Jay
