1000-2000mg's is a high dose for magesium but it's the only dose that i noticed the anti-stress over active nerves, standard doses don't seem to work with me. I have to take high doses, then i notice the stress reduce in the nerves. I'm not saying take 2000mg because doses very but it's good to know, this supplement's antianxiety-stress properties (at high doses)
