> Anyone ever take Antabuse? It's prescribed for alcoholism. Experiences?
>I have no experience with it, but I've read a little about it. It inhibits copper-containing enzymes, the most exciting of which is dopamine beta hydroxylase (DBH), which converts dopamine to noradrenaline (norepinephrine). Therefore, disulfiram has the potential to elevate dopamine levels and reduce noradrenaline and adrenaline.
