Well, I am no expert, but have used lithium on and off for years. I know it does have pro-serotonin effects, so you have to be careful with Prozac. Possibly, start low. I believe it's effects may take a bit to work their magic, but have found an immediate effect, in particular if taken before bedtime.
It does also cause severe nausea, so if you take it with food, this should prevent that from happening. Again, smaller doses are all that are needed for using as a depression/anxiety add-on. Just be careful.
