I did *extremely* well in the hospital, for a number of reasons probably, and I have been thinking of supplementing with potassium at home. But, I understand too much of this can mess things up. I asked the nurse in the hospital if I should supplement at home with it, but she sort of gave me an ambivalent answer. So....I got a bottle of potassium anyways, and have tried it on and off. No *major* noticeable effects.
