Social Media contributes to mental illness

I have NEVER had a more triggering experience then like on FB, Twitter, etc. It seems to cause explosive behaviour, and it's focus on "selfies" is sick!! "Selfies" are for self-absorbed, narcissistic
people, and kids today seem to love it!!
