Hi, Denise.
> Yes but this begs the question, what is the difference between the brain and the mind?
I tried to present several conceptualizations of how the brain and the mind interact. They are inextricably linked. A bad brain can produce a bad psyche, regardless of the environment. A bad psyche, often the result of a bad environment, can produce brain dysfunction via chronic psychosocial stress.
"The brain determines the mind as the mind sculpts the brain."
Do you remember anything about what you just read?If not, read it again and see if you can remember what the mind sculpts.
Your mind has just sculpted your brain. The structure in you brain known as the hippocampus has just encoded your new memory through changes in neural structure and circuitry. Your mind did that.
I hope you found that helpful.

I dream of things that never were and ask why not.The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing.
