It's basically a combo of Dextromethorphan (Robitussin/cough suppressant) w/ bupropion (Wellbutrin). I had a big addiction to Robitussin (pure Dextromethorphan) in the mid-00s - mainly cause it worked amazingly for my moods.

It's not very exciting considering both bupropion and dextromethorphan are already clinically available.
