It could be (through no fault of your own) a sign of the times.
I mean to say...
It could be that people are offering you a little slice of their life. What it is to be them.
If you are in a position of power... Of authority... Of means... If that is perceived...
Then you are, thereby, placed into a position...
Of holding.
Let's say.
It is whatever it was that authorized us (in some very liberal sense of 'us' to 'ride' (as it were) Dr Bob). Somewhat relentlessly (some may say).
Because of his perceived position or place of esteemed privilege / authority.
Some may say.
I mean to say that the more you attempt to protect yourself with the air of privilege -- the more you can expect other people to expect you to be able to 'hold' their crap. Or... The worse time of it you may expect to have...
Because they trust you.
Because they believe you (they want to believe you they want to believe in you and your esteemed privilege)
Do you understand?
(If you cannot do it -- then surely no-one else can)
