Hi, Rose.
It's 1:30 AM, and I should have been bed four hours ago.
You reply deserves a more thorough response. However, something jumped out at me right away. If you can tolerate it, you should bring lamotrigine up to 300 mg/day and leave it there indefinitely while you trial antidepressants. Besides ALL of the generic lamotrigine products suck. The best generic was the original TEVA pink tablets, and it was as good as Lamictal. They stopped manufacturing that product and used the factory they bought as part of the acquisition of another company.
I'll try to get back to this tomorrow.
My current effective regime is:
Nardil - 75 mg/day
Nortriptyline - 75 mg/day
Lamictal - 300 mg/day
Litium - 300 mg/dayTake care.
