I have to cut my B supplements in half because they give me headaches, but they also help my fatigue so its a balance. I have tried a high B12 dose and it makes me agitated.
B6 is involved in a lot of things but you do need to be careful with the dose.
I took a high dose of niacin and I felt great for one day...and then it never returned.
In what ways does B6 and separately B12 help you vs the agitation?
