The booster vaccines were just approved today for those that are immunocompromised, Organ transplant patients and those taking drugs such as high dose prednisone, The only autoimmune patients are those taking an immocompromised medication like one used for cancer. Example methrotrexate for rheumatoid arthritis. I have a friend right now who is an organ recipient taking anti-rejection meds who will be receiving her booster vaccine. Just the Pfizer & Moderna patients. J&J is still in research mode. No hoarding of medications here. They have clinic set up in the lowest economic areas to get the vaccines to the people. There has been lotteries in NC where each week a person who got vaccinated is eligible to win 1 million dollars to get more people to receive vaccinations. Scholarships for students. I know my granddaughter turned 12 this week and my Daughter is taking her to the pharmacy to receive the Pfizer vaccine this week. Phillipa
