So, effexor is very very weak as a dopamine reuptake inhibitor. You'd probably need doses above 1000mg to get any meaningful affect on dopamine reuptake.
Zoloft is a bit stronger in this regard, but still , even at the top dose, you'd maybe get 10% dopamine reuptake inhibition.
Prozac doesn't inhibit dopamine reuptake, but the 5-ht2c blocking effect can raise dopamine (in certain brain regions). It is a different mechanism.
As far as lamotrigine, I only took it at 50mg briefly. It does have antidepressant properties, but also mood stabilizing properties. So, yeah, it could dull things to some extent. However, if it's really bad you might try adjusting something.
