I've noticed in years past that after I get over a cold my mood would seem to improve quite a bit.
I journal my moods/meds, and this year each time after getting my vaccine shot (and then overcoming the next day side effects), I've noted GREAT MOOD/"Feel on point" etc. I just got a dose two days ago and today my head is super clear, I'm motived, feel good, and just "the best me" so to speak.
It's almost like when my immune system has to go to war maybe it kills off other random stuff that might be bringing me down? Or at least that's been my theory.
Does anyone else experience this? A post cold (or post vaccination) mood boost?
If not, I'm wondering if maybe it's indicative of some other issue I may have. Perhaps an infection or autoimmune issue. I've heard of things like Lupus/Lyme and even that cat Toxoplasma gondii parasite that can cause psych issues.
Thanks for any discussion....
