You're welcome, Jay. I find it fascinating that such tiny doses of lithium can have such profound effects.
I was just reading that EECP (enhanced external counterpulsation) can significantly improve kidney function by improving circulation. I'm interested in trying it, since it can help depression by improving circulation to the brain.
