Piracetam or other racetam

Hi guys,

I have a problem with my focus on tasks and memory. Is Piracetam or something similar safe for someone prone to psychosis? Would it help?

Side effects?

Zyprexa 22.5mg
Trazodone 75mg
Venlafaxine 37.5mg
Metformin 2000mg
Lithium 225mg
Orthomolecular
