SLS
hey, i wanted to say Librium is exelllant for GAD. It's a weak benzo, but i took it in psych, i was on 200mg, which was 2 capsules 4 times daily. It took my anxiety of general away, but it takes a long time to work, it's not good for panic attacks because it takes too long as is not as potent as alprazolam. I just felt a light feeling of relief. It's diffrent than other benzo's but Librium was the very 1st benzo to come out. In 1961, the first benzo. They used it for detox, and for a while it didnt work because my GABA receptors were effed up by phenibut. In the psych i told them phenibut, they didnt listen and they wrote in report that i was taking phenobarbital use. That's the reason they skyrocked librium, because they got confused and thought i was withdrawing from phenobarbital.
Anywaays, i just wanted to say that. Librium is good for general anxiety
