Well, not in my experience. I've intentionally tried to find, and try, serotonin 5-HT2C receptor agonists, because they enhance dopamine release, and they had zero effect on appetite. On the other hand, they also had no effect that felt like a dopamine increase, so maybe it's just my experience.
