i'm on 600mg x 3 daily, it's 1800mg total, but before i went to a doctor that immidantly wrote a script for 800mg x 3 daily - he was generous with alot of meds, but it shocked me to be on 800mg on the first dose. Then i went into a psych yes moved to 800 x 4.
Anyways, that was 10 years ago. I reada gabapentin the bioavailty is low the higher the dose.
I just take 600 in morning, afternoon and night. It's adequate but it doenst help all the anxiety my doctor refuses into increase the dose. Sucks...they pulled me diazepam, after that phenibut withdrawl from hell.
